Buying a Part
How do I find the right part for my appliance?
Use the search bar or our compatibility tool and enter your appliance's model number (found on the rating label inside the door or on the back panel). We'll show you parts confirmed to match your model, each linking out to Amazon so you can buy it there. You can also browse by appliance brand or type.
What payment methods do you accept?
RepairKitHub doesn't accept any form of payment — we have no shopping cart or checkout of our own. When you click through to a part, you buy it directly from Amazon (or whichever retailer the link points to) and pay using whatever payment method that retailer's checkout supports.
Is checkout secure?
There's no checkout to secure on RepairKitHub, since we never sell anything directly. Every purchase happens entirely on Amazon's site, protected by Amazon's own checkout and payment security — not ours.
Do you charge sales tax?
No. RepairKitHub doesn't sell anything, so we never charge or collect tax. If you buy a part through one of our Amazon links, Amazon calculates and collects any sales tax that applies to your order and shipping address.
Compatibility
What does "OEM-compatible" mean?
OEM-compatible means a part is engineered and manufactured to the same specifications as the original part from the appliance maker — same dimensions, same materials, same function. It's designed to fit and perform like the original, without being made by the original manufacturer.
How do I find my appliance's model number?
Model numbers are typically found on a label or plate:
- Refrigerators: Inside the door frame (left or right side)
- Ovens/Ranges: Inside the oven door frame or in the storage drawer
- Washers/Dryers: Inside the lid or on the back panel
- Dishwashers: Inside the door panel (look along the edges)
It usually starts with letters followed by a string of numbers (e.g., WDT750SAHZ0).
What if the part doesn't fit?
RepairKitHub doesn't sell parts, so we can't offer a refund or exchange ourselves — we're not part of the transaction. The best way to avoid a mismatch is to confirm the part number against your appliance's model and serial tag before you buy. If a part you bought on Amazon turns out not to fit, Amazon's own return policy applies; see "What's your return policy?" below.
Are these genuine OEM parts or aftermarket?
Both exist on Amazon. Each Amazon listing states whether a part is:
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): made by the original appliance manufacturer
- OEM-Compatible: an aftermarket part built to OEM specifications
Check the specific listing you're considering — RepairKitHub doesn't stock or sell either type ourselves, so we can't guarantee what any individual seller has on hand.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
RepairKitHub doesn't ship anything — we're an information site, not a retailer. Shipping time depends entirely on the Amazon listing and seller you buy from; Prime-eligible items are often faster. Check the specific listing on Amazon for its current shipping estimate.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't ship at all, since RepairKitHub doesn't sell or fulfill anything. Whether a specific part ships internationally, and at what cost, is determined entirely by the Amazon listing and seller.
Can I track my order?
RepairKitHub doesn't process orders, so there's nothing on our end to track. If you bought a part on Amazon, open Your Orders in your Amazon account for tracking information.
What if my package is lost?
A lost package is a matter between you and the seller you bought from — RepairKitHub isn't involved in shipping or fulfillment. For an Amazon order, contact Amazon Customer Service; lost packages are typically covered under Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
RepairKitHub doesn't sell parts, so we don't have a return policy of our own — there's nothing to return to us. Returns are handled entirely by whoever you bought the part from, almost always Amazon, under that seller's own return policy. See our Terms of Service for more on how purchases through this Site work.
How do I start a return?
Start it with the seller you bought from. For an Amazon order, go to Amazon → Your Orders → Return or Replace Items. RepairKitHub never received your payment or shipped you anything, so we have no way to process a return.
Who pays return shipping?
That's set by the seller's own return policy — RepairKitHub isn't part of the sale or the shipment in either direction, so we can't cover or charge for return shipping. Check the specific return reason on Amazon to see whether a prepaid label is offered.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We can't issue a refund, since RepairKitHub never takes payment in the first place. If you bought through Amazon, refund timing follows Amazon's own policy — typically a few business days after Amazon receives your returned item.
Installation
Do you offer installation services?
No — we're not a repair or installation service of any kind. We publish free installation guides and link to manufacturer manuals and video tutorials so you can do the repair yourself with confidence.
Where can I find installation guides?
Check our install guides and repair guides for the specific part or symptom you're working on. Additional resources:
- RepairClinic.com — free repair guides + symptom diagrams
- AppliancePartsPros.com — extensive video library
- YouTube search: "[brand] [model] [part] replacement"
Do I need a professional repair person?
Most appliance repairs are DIY-friendly. Simple repairs (water filters, door gaskets, dryer belts, ice makers) take 15–30 minutes with basic tools. Complex repairs (main control boards, compressors, sealed systems) may benefit from a professional. When in doubt, watch a repair video first to gauge difficulty.
What tools will I need?
Most repairs need only basic tools:
- Phillips and flathead screwdrivers
- Nut drivers (1/4" and 5/16")
- Multimeter (for diagnosing electrical issues)
- Putty knife (for opening panel clips)
Each guide notes any specialized tools required for that specific repair.
About Us
Who is RepairKitHub?
RepairKitHub is an informational website about appliance repair, operated by Canamax Corp, a corporation registered in Wyoming, USA. We publish free repair guides, symptom diagnostics, and parts-compatibility information, and link out to Amazon when you're ready to buy a part. We don't sell parts, take payments, or ship anything ourselves.
Are you authorized dealers?
We're not a dealer or retailer of any kind — RepairKitHub doesn't sell anything, so the idea of an "authorized dealer" doesn't really apply to us. We publish compatibility information and link to listings on Amazon; whether a given listing comes from an authorized dealer is something Amazon and that seller determine.
Where are you located?
Canamax Corp is incorporated in Wyoming, USA. RepairKitHub is an online information resource with no physical storefront, showroom, or warehouse.
How long have you been in business?
RepairKitHub launched in May 2026 under Canamax Corp. It's a new site, and we keep expanding our guides and compatibility data over time.
Trust & Safety
Is RepairKitHub a registered business?
Yes. RepairKitHub is operated by Canamax Corp, a corporation registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes — see our full Privacy Policy. Summary: RepairKitHub doesn't sell parts or process orders, so we collect only a small set of anonymous, aggregate analytics data — never your name, email, or payment details — and we never sell that data to anyone.
How do you handle my data?
We don't collect your name, email, or payment information, because there's nothing to buy on RepairKitHub — no accounts, no orders. Our analytics beacon records a small set of anonymous signals, like a random visitor ID, the pages you view, your country, and how far you scroll. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of what we collect, what we don't, and how to opt out.
Are reviews verified?
RepairKitHub doesn't host or display product reviews ourselves. Any reviews you see for a specific part live on that part's Amazon listing and are verified through Amazon's own purchase-review system, not ours.
Other
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No — RepairKitHub doesn't sell parts or set any prices, so there's no wholesale or contractor tier for us to offer. Whatever price you see for a part is set by Amazon and the seller of that listing.
Can I become an affiliate?
RepairKitHub isn't running its own affiliate or referral program right now. If you write about appliance repair — a blog, a YouTube channel, a home-improvement site — and want to talk about working together, email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
