We read every message. Please include your appliance’s model number (from the plate inside the door, along the door frame, or on the back panel) so we can check compatibility for you.

What we cannot help with

• Order status, shipping or returns — contact the seller you bought from. If you bought on Amazon, use Your Orders in your Amazon account.
• Payments or refunds — we never process either.
• On-site repair work — we publish guides but do not perform repairs. For gas, sealed-refrigerant or high-voltage work, hire a licensed technician.
