Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://repairkithub.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Canamax Corp, a Wyoming corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, do not use the Service.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or create an account on the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for use by residents of the United States and other jurisdictions where the use of the Service is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with applicable local laws.
3. Account Registration
You may browse the Service without an account. If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (b) promptly update that information to keep it accurate and complete; and (c) notify us immediately at support@repairkithub.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Product Information and Pricing
4.1 OEM-Compatible Parts Disclosure
RepairKitHub lists OEM-compatible (aftermarket) appliance parts and repair kits. “OEM-compatible” means the part is manufactured to fit and function with the original equipment manufacturer’s appliances but is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the original equipment manufacturer. Brand names (e.g., Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, Electrolux) are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for compatibility identification purposes.
4.2 Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to refuse or cancel any order, including confirmed orders, at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4.3 Product Compatibility
Product descriptions and compatibility information are provided as-is for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying compatibility with your specific appliance model number before purchasing. We strongly recommend confirming the part number against your appliance’s service manual or the manufacturer’s parts diagram.
4.4 Errors and Corrections
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, prices, and images, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.
5. Affiliate Relationship (Amazon Associates)
RepairKitHub is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
- When you click on a link marked “View on Amazon,” “Buy on Amazon,” or a similar call-to-action and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
- Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s Conditions of Use, Amazon’s Privacy Notice, and Amazon’s return and fulfillment policies.
- Disputes regarding orders placed through Amazon must be resolved directly with Amazon. We have no control over Amazon’s fulfillment, pricing, availability, or customer service decisions.
- Our editorial recommendations are independent of affiliate relationships. We do not recommend or exclude products based on commission rates.
6. Direct Sales (When Active)
When direct-to-consumer fulfillment is active on the Service:
6.1 Order Acceptance
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
6.2 Payment
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). By placing an order you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
6.3 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable sales tax, use tax, or similar taxes based on your delivery address. Tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6.4 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy governs all returns and refunds and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In summary: unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 365 days of delivery for a full refund of the part price. Parts that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return.
365-Day Fitment Guarantee: if a part we sold for direct fulfillment does not fit your appliance as described on our product listing, you may return it within 365 days for a full refund or exchange, regardless of condition.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, data compilations, software, and the overall “look and feel” — is the property of Canamax Corp or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent. You may print or download content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
All third-party brand names, trademarks, and trade names referenced on the Service (including appliance manufacturer names) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Service is for compatibility identification only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those trademark owners.
If you submit content to us (reviews, photos, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) PRODUCT INFORMATION, COMPATIBILITY DATA, OR PRICING WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE; OR (C) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCT OR INFORMATION WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
INSTALLING APPLIANCE PARTS INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, GAS LEAKS, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE. WE ARE NOT A REPAIR SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING SAFE INSTALLATION PRACTICES AND THE MANUFACTURER’S SERVICE MANUAL. CONSULT A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN IF IN DOUBT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF CANAMAX CORP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Canamax Corp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of any third party’s rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, for the resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration under Section 13.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@repairkithub.com with a written description of your dispute and the relief you seek. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
13.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of the dispute. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND CANAMAX CORP AGREE THAT EACH MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS WAIVER IS ENFORCEABLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. If any court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is void or unenforceable, the arbitration provision in Section 13.2 shall not apply and the dispute shall be resolved in court.
13.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized access to, use of, or disclosure of intellectual property or confidential information.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if it cannot be modified, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Canamax Corp with respect to the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings.
